Do you cater for different dietary requirements?
Yes. All of our outlets across campus aim to provide a tempting range of snacks and meals that are suitable for varying dietary requirements. The View Deli for instance is a totally vegetarian and vegan café and Grill & Go is halal (both located in the Students’ Union).

How ethical are your outlets and your food and drink?

We are accredited by the Sustainable Restaurant Association for our committed effort to sustainability. Amongst our key accolades, we proudly source all of our milk just 4 miles away from local supplier, Our Cow Molly; serve 100% fair trade coffee and chocolate; acquire 78% of our fish from British waters; and help provide aid to India through sales of Life Water. Furthermore, our outlets employ a large proportion of students and have opening hours to suit the working patterns of each of the academic building they occupy – including the 24/7 IC Café – meaning you’ll never be left without somewhere eat or drink.

Is your food & drink of a high quality?
We always aim to provide maximum satisfaction and choose each and every one of our suppliers carefully – and where possible, secure the best in local produce.
