Join us for an evening of luxurious food and flowing drinks accompanied by spectacular live music. Tracy Carr, our very own Master Chef of Great Britain, will take you on a culinary journey featuring a few of her favourite things…

The evening includes a drink on arrival, served alongside a selection of canapes. Once you are seated in the extravagant Firth Hall, you’ll be served a six course meal, expertly prepared by Tracy and her team, with a range of wine pairings throughout the meal.

The soundtrack to the evening will be played live by the Nicola Farnon Quartet, and will continue into the night for some post dinner dancing.
