INOX has undergone a comprehensive audio visual refurbishment designed to deliver seamless hybrid conference and meeting capabilities and significantly elevate the event experience across all spaces. The venue has also had a refurbishment of the internal décor including new carpets, wall paper and internal painting.
Whether the suites are used individually or combined into a single large venue, the modernisation will standardise room technology, reduce reliance on ad-hoc equipment and lower the need for external technician support during standard events. All the system is integrated and included within room hire.
Key Upgrades at a Glance
- Projection: Upgraded projectors will ensure crisp, clear display quality across connected laptops and devices.
- Single Cable Connection: Presenters can plug in effortlessly using just a single USB-C or HDMI cable to connect to the room’s entire system.
- Advanced Audio & Voice Lift: A complete speaker replacement will boost sound clarity for multimedia and voice reinforcement. Ceiling microphones will introduce “voice lift” technology, amplifying Q&A discussions across the room without needing to pass around handheld microphones. However we have roaming mics and handheld mics available in each suite should you wish to use them.
- Dual-Camera Hybrid Setup: Dual cameras per suite (focusing on both the presenter zone and the audience) will ensure remote participants can fully engage in room discussions.
- Recording capability: in addition to seamless hybrid capability, the system allows recording of both visuals and sound which can then be re-watched and shared with teams.
- New Internal Décor: Giving the venue a full refresh, replacing heavily damaged carpets and walls.
